To honor the memory of Mr. Martin Tremblay, a Boischatel firefighter who tragically passed away on duty during the night of December 18 to 19, the Municipality of Chelsea has lowered its flags to half-mast today, on the occasion of the civic funerals.
Council, municipal employees and the Chelsea Fire Department would like to offer their sincere condolences to Mr. Tremblay's family and colleagues.
